POLICE “KETCHUP” TO WEINERMOBILE

It’s the law to move over when first responders are assisting on the side of the road and sheriff’s deputies in Waukesha County aren’t making any exceptions.

The sheriff’s department posted a picture today of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile which was stopped for failing to move over.  Police say the driver was given a verbal warning for not following the law.

When emergency vehicles have either red, blue or amber lights flashing, drivers in Wisconsin are required to slow down and move over.
