Wisconsin has the second-most organic farms of any state in the country.
That’s according to a recent study by the U.S. Census of Agriculture. It says there are about 12-hundred organic farms in the Badger State, less than half as many as number one California. The study says organic farms make up about two percent of all farms in the state.
