LONG TIME COACH CROSSES FINISH LINE

John Snyder, longtime Regis High School Track & Field and Cross Country head coach, has announced he is stepping down from both positions.
Snyder spent 35 years involved with both programs.

He coached the Ramblers Track & Field team to seven girls conference titles and nine boys conference titles. He coached the Ramblers Cross Country team to four girls conference titles with five trips to the state tournament and five boys conference titles with three trips to the state tournament.
“I have been honored to have been able to coach so many wonderful athletes at Regis,” Snyder said. “I will miss coaching, but it is time for younger people to step in and continue our success! I will always be a big fan of Regis Cross Country and Track & Field!”

Snyder will continue to serve Regis Catholic Schools as the head teacher in the Social Studies Department at Regis High School while Jerrell Hancock will be the new Regis Track & Field head coach and Jeremy Hardy the new Regis Cross Country head coach. Additionally, Hancock will serve
as the Regis Cross Country assistant coach and Hardy will serve as the Regis Track & Field assistant coach.
