Wisconsin’s governor is giving lawmakers in Madison some ‘homework’ for the spring session.
Governor Tony Evers yesterday sent a letter to lawmakers highlighting the dozen-or-so plans that he wants to see become laws.
About half of them deal with homelessness, but others would set the price for insulin, focus on PFAS chemicals, and close what he calls the dark store loophole for property taxes. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald said the tone of the letter is ridiculous.
