CONSTRUCTION THEFT, RETAIL FRAUD, DRUGS ALL LEAD TO JAIL

A man who’s already done jail time for stealing tools from an Eau Claire construction site is going back to jail for switching price tags at the Eau Claire Fleet Farm.

Shawn Lanier is accused of defrauding the store of about 200 dollars last January.  Police say Lanier was also found with meth and heroin when he was arrested.  He was sentenced Thursday to 45 days in jail followed by three years probation.
