There could soon be an ‘or else’ added to the judge’s order to clean-up Wisconsin’s voter rolls.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty yesterday asked an Ozaukee County judge to hold the Wisconsin Election Commission in contempt for refusing to follow his order and remove 234-thousand people who have either moved since the last election, or refused to answer questions about their addresses.
WILL’s Rick Essenberg said court orders are not optional, even if you disagree with them. Democrats on the Election Commission voted twice last month not to clean-up the voting rolls.
