The La Crosse Tribune is in negotiations to sell its downtown La Crosse building.
Media reports, including one from the Tribune, indicate Cliff LeCleir, a local developer, is working to buy the property on North Third Street. The Tribune has been located there since 1973. LeCleir owns adjacent property, including the Hampton Inn and Suites at Second and La Crosse streets.
