The state of Wisconsin is spending nearly 20 thousand-dollars to make sure there are free feminine hygiene products in two dozen state-owned buildings.
The state yesterday said it has finished installing dispensers for pads and tampons at the Capitol and other public buildings. Madison State Rep. Melissa Sargent has pushed the idea for years. She says having free feminine products in bathrooms is no different than providing soap or paper towels.
