There are a lot of farmers in Wisconsin who still have corn and beans in the field.
The latest crop report for the state shows that just 57 percent of corn has been harvested this year. That compares to 94 percent by this time last year. It’s a similar story for soybeans. The report says 86 percent of beans are harvested, compared to 99 percent at this point in 2018. Early snow and a wet fall are being blamed.
