The EMS chief in Boyceville and a top EMS captain are off the job as city leaders look for some missing money.
Chief Matt Feeney and Captain Tessa Feeney have been on paid leave since mid-November after Boyceville’s president said credit card receipts didn’t add-up. No one is saying how much money is missing, or where it went. There’s also no word how long the Feeney’s could spend on leave.
