A 29 year old Fall Creek woman is healing after a hunting accident.
It was Saturday morning just after 6:30 when the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Communication Center received a 911 call from Kayla Linder who stated she fell from her hunting blind and believed to have a broken leg and wrist.
On arrival, Buffalo County Deputy was able to locate Linder near an open field approximately 15 ft from her blind. Linder‘s stated she could not get the door open on her blind and when it did open, she lost her balance and fell. Linder fell approximately 24 feet.
She was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
