SAFETY REMINDERS AHEAD OF THANKSGIVING

Health and fire officials in Wisconsin are urging safety in the preparation of the Thanksgiving feast. 

Firefighters remind people that home cooking fires happen most often on Thanksgiving so it’s important to stay in the kitchen when cooking anything.  The CDC and USDA say under-cooking the turkey is the most common problem and they have posted tips about handling and cooking the turkey properly.
