Eau Claire police are cracking down on the alternate side parking rules this winter season.
Alternate side rules started on November 1st. Police say they’ve issued around two-thousand warnings since then, though no tickets have been given. Citations will be given at the discretion of police. Alternate side rules will be in effect until May 1st.
