The Badgers men’s basketball team wins its home opener against Eastern Illinois by a score of 65 to 52, but the focus before last nights game was on assistant coach Howard Moore.
Before the opening tip, the team played a video tribute to coach Moore, who was severely burned and lost his wife and 9-year-old daughter in a tragic car crash in May. The team will honor Moore, who’s still in the hospital, with the “Do More, Be More, 4 Moore” theme all season.
