An Eau Claire man is accused of sexually assaulting a girl while she slept.
The victim claims David Balistreri touched her last Saturday night, but he claimed he was only looking for a pillow and left. The victim’s father says Balistreri had been playing poker that night and was drunk. He’s out on bond and will return to court on November 19th.
