Public health managers in Eau Claire are looking for a white pitbull that they say bit someone on Halloween night.
It happened on the city’s southwest side in the Broadview Boulevard area. The dog’s owner was not there for the bite. The Eau Claire City-County Health Department says they need to see the dog to make sure it doesn’t have rabies.
