A Clark County man is accused of having dead and malnourished animals at his house.
A criminal complaint says the county sheriff’s office responded to Russell Sandley’s house back in July where deputies found malnourished dogs, and animal body parts on the ground. Sandley was recently charged with seven counts relating to the case. He’ll appear in court on December 11th.
