An Eau Claire man is accused of digging a grave and threatening to kill his father and bury him in it.
Police say they found a long rectangular hole in the ground at a house last week. A criminal complaint claims Ryan Davey dug the hole and threatened to kill his father and put him in it. Davey’s facing three charges in the case. He’s out on bond and will return to court next month.
