An Eau Claire man is pleading no contest to felony child abuse.
A criminal complaint claims David Marshall admitted to shooting a six-year-old with a BB gun as discipline. Marshall initially denied shooting a toddler but police say he eventually admitted to that as well. He entered the no contest plea on Wednesday. His sentencing hasn’t been announced.
