The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire has a new plan to increase enrollment.
The school says it plans to fund more faculty and staff, increase the number of high-demand classes, increase the number of marching band members, and expand athletics programs. The plan is to increase enrollment by more than 400 students over a three-year period.
