NEW CHARGES FILED IN CASE OF MISSING WI BROTHERS

A man connected to the disappearance of two Wisconsin brothers will have new charges filed against him. 

KMBC reports Garland Nelson is currently charged with tampering with a vehicle in Caldwell County, Missouri.  Nick and Justin Diemel of Shawano County, Wisconsin were last seen on July 21st.  The Clinton County, Missouri Sheriff’s Office says their vehicle was found in Holt but they haven’t been seen. 

A probable causes statement shows Nelson admitted to driving the truck that was rented by the brothers.  Human remains were found on a farm in Braymer in July but they haven’t been identified.  The new charges will be filed against Nelson later today.
