A construction project on State Street in Eau Claire is just about complete.
The project began back in the spring with a tentative completion date of November 22nd. Now the city says one roundabout on Hamilton Avenue could open as early as this week. The rest of the construction could wrap up as early as November 1st if the weather cooperates.
