The Packers are continuing their hot start to the season under new head coach Matt LaFleur. The Packers won a nail biter against Detroit at Lambeau last night 23-to-22 on a walk-off field goal by Mason Crosby as the clock hit zero. Crosby then partook in the famous Lambeau Leap celebration. Green Bay is now five-and-one while Detroit drops to two-two-and-one. The Packers will stay home this Sunday and take on the Raiders at noon.
And now…The Upper Peninsula of Michigan now belongs to Wisconsin, on Twitter at least. Since Wisconsin football beat Central Michigan, Michigan, and Michigan State this season, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan Twitter page changed its name to the Upper Peninsula of Wisconsin. Wisconsin has extra bragging rights following the Packers’ Monday Night Football win over the Lions.
