WI CELEBRATES FIRST OFFICIAL INDIGENOUS PEOPLE’S DAY

Governor Tony Evers says Wisconsin would not be all that it is without the Native Nations. 

The state celebrates its first Indigenous People’s Day today and the governor says officials are striving to make Wisconsin a more equitable, inclusive place to live.  Evers says he looks forward to continuing the work with indigenous peoples and tribal communities to make the state’s future brighter.
