New housing units could be coming to an area off of North Crossing in Eau Claire.
Reports say a company wants to rezone more than 100 acres of land near the Menards Corporate Center to build townhouses and 20-unit apartment buildings. The city plan commission postponed a vote for the housing Monday. The vote is rescheduled for October 14th.
