Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development is making efforts to address an employee shortage.
Secretary Caleb Frostman has been traveling the state to talk to private employers about their recruitment strategies. He visited Eau Claire recently as part of the Workforce Development Month tour. Frostman says a round-table discussion will be held to share the information he’s learned from area businesses.
