A person is dead following a one-car crash in Polk County.
The county sheriff’s office says the person was on Highway 65 near Amery Monday afternoon when they went onto the shoulder, over-corrected, went into a ditch, and rolled. The driver was thrown from the car and pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies say they weren’t wearing a seatbelt.
