Wisconsin lawmakers will likely be coming back to the Capitol sometime this year to deal with Governor Evers’ request for a red flag law.
The governor yesterday said he intends to ‘press the issue’ of gun control. Republican lawmakers who control the State Assembly say they don’t want to pass a new law that takes guns away from people who have not been convicted of a crime.
The governor says the idea is to get guns out of the hands of people who may be dangerous.
