Governor Tony Evers, Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) COO Tricia Braun and other state, county, city and community leaders will visit eight sites across the state THURSDAY as part of Wisconsin Craft Brewery Day, highlighting the economic contributions craft breweries provide to Wisconsin local communities, including here locally.

Key participants will include: WEDC VP Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Sector Strategy Development Aaron Hagar, WEDC Regional Economic Development Director Heather Smith, The Brewing Projekt owner Will Glass, WEDC board member and owner of Red’s Mercantile Becca Cooke
Participants are encouraged to post a picture of them hoisting a Wisconsin craft beer at their local craft brewery with the hashtag #WICraftBeer. Gov. Evers will lead the statewide “Cheers” event from La Crosse.
