A Wisconsin law firm is suing a vape company on behalf of electronic cigarette users in several states.
Crueger Dickinson LLC announced yesterday that it’s filed suits against vape manufacturer JUUL in Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey and Washington. The firm issued a statement yesterday, saying JUUL uses deceptive marketing practices to target teenagers, and it’s users are exposed to serious health problems. This is the first suit of its kind out of Wisconsin.
