Two puppies are being treated for pneumonia and exposure to blue-green algae after being tossed in a retention pond.
The Fond du Lac Humane Society says two people have been arrested for throwing the eight-month-old dogs into the toxic pond yesterday. Blue-green algae in waterways around the country has killed several dogs. There’s been no information released by police regarding the two suspects.
