SCHOOLS HOPE PROGRAM “CATCHES” ON

Eau Claire Public Schools students have an opportunity to avoid punishment of they’re caught vaping or using electronic cigarettes at school.

Reports say a new initiative called CATCH My Breath will provide a class session that will teach students who have been caught vaping about the dangers of it.  Students are currently cited 50 dollars for using devices containing nicotine on campus but through the program they would just have to pay 25 dollars for the class.
