A Minnesota man was arrested for OWI after speeding on I-94 .
23 year old Edgar Rios-Martinez was operating a motor vehicle under the influence with children in the car. Just before 9 on Sunday morning, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped Rios-Martinez for speeding, clocked at 97mph in a 70mph zone.
A subsequent investigation including a standardized field sobriety test was conducted and he was arrested and incarcerated in the Dunn County Jail.
