A Chippewa Falls man is pleading not guilty to a hit and run that happened in Eau Claire earlier this month.
Byer Nevins is accused of injuring someone during the hit and run while driving intoxicated near the Chippewa River Bridge on August 7th. Nevins was identified after his car was found and the people inside told police he was the one driving. He’s facing ten charges in the case.
