A trial date is set for a man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend’s father in Wausau.
Lee Franck is charged in the beating death of Lyle Leith early last year. Prosecutors say the two men disagreed about Franck’s relationship with Leith’s daughter. The trial is set to begin February 18th.
