An Eau Claire man is being held on a 10 thousand-dollar cash bond after police say he threatened to shoot-up the Menards distribution center in the Town of Union.
Prosecutors say Kevin Pinkham made the threats last week. His coworkers took him seriously enough that some of them didn’t come to work the next day, and a manager who police say Pinkham specifically threatened says he slept with a loaded rifle next to his bed.
Eau Claire police searched Pinkham’s house and found a number of guns, lots of ammunition, and a journal that reportedly talked about his co-workers at Menards.
