The Chippewa Falls High School athletic department is benefiting from a 145-thousand dollar donation from the Chippewa Falls Booster Club.
The booster club presented Chi-Hi with a check for the money at last night’s school board meeting. Reports say the money will be put towards uniforms, equipment, traveling costs, and other daily needs of the athletic department.
Also because of the donation, students will only have to pay 20 dollars to join a sports team.
