An Eau Claire man is facing his eighth OWI charge.
A criminal complaint says an Eau Claire County sheriff’s deputy pulled over David Colby on Curve Road in Union yesterday. The deputy involved says Colby had a blood-alcohol level over twice the legal limit. His OWI charges date back to 1992.
