An Eau Claire man is going to prison after being convicted of multiple sex crimes.
A criminal complaint says a 15-year-old victim told police she had sex with Joshua Weichert while he was in charge of a program for children of American Legion members. Weichert was also accused of trading nude photos of his ex-girlfriend for a break in rent. He was sentenced yesterday to three years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision.
