One person is hurt after a paddle boat accident in Vernon County. Reports say Christopher Barnes and Micayla Cecil were on Runge Hollow Lake yesterday afternoon when they capsized in shallow water.
They were able to call rescuers from the Viroqua Fire Department. Cecil got minor injuries and Barnes wasn’t hurt.
