A Menomonie man is pleading guilty in a Dunn County drug and sexual assault case.
Reports say Timothy Carl took a plea deal yesterday and pleaded guilty to fourth-degree sexual assault and two drug charges. He was accused of pressuring a woman to smoke meth and then sexually assaulting her afterwards.
He’ll serve four months in jail with work release followed by two years of probation.
