The top Republican in the Wisconsin Assembly wants to let lotto winners keep their anonymity.
Speaker Robin Vos yesterday submitted the testimony for his plan to roll back Wisconsin’s requirement that lottery winners be named in public. Vos says there’s no reason lottery winners should be forced to endure months of harassment just because they hit it big.
