An Eau Claire man already in jail for armed robbery is getting more years tacked onto his sentence.
Yesterday, Davy Cole pleaded no contest to one count of burglary in connection to a recent cell phone store break-in in Lake Hallie. Cole was sentenced to two more years in jail on top of his current four-year sentence for other cell phone store burglaries in Eau Claire County. He’s also facing another 50 years after pleading no contest to two counts of possessing child porn back in April.
