A Spooner man is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a resort in Oneida County.
Police say Daniel Scribner inappropriately touched the girl in a hot tub at Waters of Minocqua Resort earlier this month. They also say there’s video evidence to back up the claim. Scribner’s charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child.
