A Milwaukee man is facing charges after a five-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed himself with his gun.
A criminal complaint claims Michael Moore left his gun out one day last week and the child accidentally got to it and shot himself. He was living with a woman and her four kids at the time. Moore is charged with neglecting a child resulting in death. His preliminary hearing is on July 1st.
