The median price for a home in Wisconsin is at an all time high.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association yesterday released a study that says the median house in the state sold for 203-thousand-dollars in May. That’s the first time home prices have ever topped 200-thousand across the state. The biggest jump in home prices, is unsurprisingly, in southeast Wisconsin.
The Realtors’ Jean Stefaniak says the new price-point is good news for people who are looking to sell their home as the state heads into the busy summer selling months.
