Folks wanting a pardon in Wisconsin have a new chance to clear their names.
Governor Evers last week said that he reformed the state’s Pardon Board. Former Governor Scoot Walker didn’t pardon a single person during his eight years in office. Governor Evers ran for election last year promising to get the board back to work.
The governor says the board will only consider pardons, and not commuting anyone’s sentence.
