A restaurant in Madison is being recognized for having the best cheese 
curds in Wisconsin.
USA Today ranked The Old Fashioned as the number one contender. The famous cheese curds are comprised of a house-made Wisconsin beer-batter and are served with dips that include smoked paprika, roasted garlic and buttermilk ranch. Overall, 20 restaurants were nominated for having the best cheese curds around the state, but readers voted The Old Fashioned as number one.
