A new bathroom and pavilion could be coming to Owen Park in Eau Claire.
The Plan Commission will hold a meeting Monday on whether or not to recommend the project to the city council, which could discuss it on June 24th. The Eau Claire Community Services director says the new bathroom is needed because the current one floods in the spring.
