A New Richmond man is going to prison after being convicted of killing his son.
Kayle Fleischauer was found guilty of second-degree reckless homicide in Saint Croix County court yesterday. Fleischauer was accused of shooting his son Chase last April after a night of heavy drinking together. The defense claimed Chase shot himself. Fleischauer is facing up to 25 years in prison and will be sentenced on August 30th.
